Actual 1st Lesson of the Online Train the Trainer program - experience for yourself how easy it is to learn.

The industry standard Systematic Approach to Training model is taught step-by-step. (SAT is sometimes called Instructional System Design [ISD] or the ADDIE model).

The three main learning categories (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) and their different levels are explained along with the different ways people learn.
Different ways to present training are examined for their pros, their cons, and when each presentation method works best.
With new instructional technologies emerging, students learn strategies for evaluating them – and for keeping current in the field of education and training.
Differences in learning styles means one teaching style won’t reach all. This module examines the different components that make up a “learning style” so trainers can create learning that reaches all types of learners.
Whereas Course III covers different delivery methods and the best places to use them, this module covers specific techniques used when giving presentations.
Common cultural differences can become barriers to learning. They can be overcome if we know how to address them.

An individual’s own training or presenting style often correlates to his/her learning style. This module enables a person to identify his/her own style, understand how individual training styles affects one’s delivery capabilities, and recognize how to adapt delivery style to meet others’ learning styles.

For trainers to have a lasting impact, they must operate with certain ethics. Additionally, in our ever-increasing litigious society, it is important that trainers act within the boundaries of the law.
